CLEANSE, TONE AND MOISTURISE

1. CLEANSE

Your skin needs to be well cleansed to allow the vital nutrients from your moisturiser to penetrate and deeply nourish. Cleansing is the most important element of your daily skincare routine. Cleanse morning and night; at night to remove make-up, dirt and grime so that your skin can breathe and detoxify while you sleep, and in the morning to remove the toxins excreted through the night.

2. TONE AND MOISTURISE

After cleansing we recommend toning and moisturising. Our Essential Mist Toner contains MSM and Acerola Cherry to encourage collagen production and maintain firm supple skin, while applying Essential Woman moisturiser over damp, toned skin will help trap additional moisture and deeply hydrate, nourish and protect your skin.

NIGHTTIME TIPS

In the evening we recommend simply cleansing, and not using heavy night creams which clog your pores, inhibit detoxification and may eventually lead to dry skin. If you do feel the need to apply a moisturiser to your skin after cleansing we recommend a few drops of Essential Beauty Serum, which not only conditions your skin but is rich in carotenoids to neutralise free radicals while you sleep. This should be applied 1 hour before bedtime, to allow the nutrients time to be well absorbed and to feed your skin, not your pillow!

IMPORTANT - A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY!

We don't add water or alcohol to any of our living SkinFoods. They are effectively concentrated, and you need only apply a very small amount. A 30ml jar of moisturiser will typically last for 4 months of daily facial use. If your skin feels oily after use reduce the amount until you find that all excess moisturiser is comfortably and cleanly absorbed within a few minutes of application.

Your skin will feel beautifully soft with no tacky residue, and will provide the perfect base for applying make-up.
