making a purchase 
Thanks for visiting our website! Our eCommerce site enables you to make secure internet purchasing of all Live Native Skincare products and accessories. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our ‘shop skincare’ section, then click on an item you wish to purchase and simply add it to your basket by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button. Alternatively, you can place them in the ‘wishlist’ for comparison – or to purchase later at a more convenient time. After you have completed your shopping, click through to the ‘checkout’ via ‘view basket’ page – or alternatively click the numbered basket icon located in the top right of the header – to view your items. Once in the ‘checkout’ you will be required to fill in your billing and shipping details to complete your order. You will then be sent an automated email to confirm your purchase. Also, there is no minimum order amount per purchase.

credit card payment
We accept the following credit card payment : Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express. If you prefer, you can also send us your credit card information via phone, fax, email or mail. Please note that should a variation in invoice totals occur due to discounts or postal fees, we will advise you of the reason for that difference and confirm a dispatch agreement with you prior to shipping. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will automatically convert your transaction into your local currency.

credit card security
When the order is placed on our website you will be redirected to WorldPay Secure. Your credit card numbers are coded using 128 bit encryption. They are not held or displayed in clear text on our website.

remittance terms
All orders are to be paid for before shipping. This can be done with Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and cheque. For payment by cheque please allow 5 working days for banking clearance.

postage and packing
The cost of shipping varies according to the total order value, size and weight. Postage costs vary according to every country. The cost of your postage will be calculated automatically at the ‘checkout’. Please account for these additions at the checkout before you confirm your order.

delivery
We shall endeavour do our utmost to ensure that your order is sent ASAP via Royal Mail Second Class Post. In the UK, it should arrived to you within 3-5 working days after placing your order. For the rest of world, we will advise you on shipping times when we dispatch your order.

100% guarantee
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on any goods you find unsatisfactory. Your goods must be returned within 30 days and we will either exchange them or refund the cost of purchase.

returns and exchanges
All returns must be authorised by Live Native prior to return. We will be happy to refund to you the cost incurred in returning faulty goods, but a charge will be made if goods have to be returned due to customer error. All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging.

back orders
If your item is not presently in stock we will back order it for you. This happens rarely. Live Native products are handmade fresh – to deliver maximum usage dates to you, the customer. We can however, produce fresh product within a few days. In this case you will always be emailed or telephoned with an option to either cancel your order or agree to a later shipping date.

tax charges
VAT at the appropriate rate is added and included in the price for orders placed within the UK and the European Union. Trade orders and those from UK and European VAT registered companies must contact us by phone or email to confirm prices.

privacy policy
Live Native does not disclose customer information to third parties. Any data collected by this site is only used to fulfil customer orders, to administer and enhance the Live Native website, improve customer service and prepare orders for delivery.
